We understand that you have a lot going on and many details to consider while relocating, which is why we want to be as straight forward with you as possible while providing you with your quote and talking you through the relocation process and services that we provide. At Proud American Moving, the price that you receive from out Relocation Consultant at the start of your move will be the price that you see on your invoice at the completion of your move. Just like our customers, we want to avoid as many surprises as possibly so that the process is as efficient and possible both for us, logistically speaking and above all for our customer's peace of mind.

Packing Options

Full Service Packing - A-Z packing, professionally packed by our experts using top quality materials and the most up-to-date packing methods.

Fragile Packing - Let us know what items are of most value to you and hold the highest breakability percentage, and we will professionally crate and protect these items carefully and securely.

Do It Yourself Packing - If you are all about packing your items independently of us, Proud American Moving is happy to provide you with double layered boxes, bubble wrap and extra materials so that your packing is easier on you.

Basic Household Moving Services

Loading - While loading, your items will be individually labeled and listed. Once this has been done, we will upload the information systematically. In addition to this, any upholstered items will be wrapped in Stretch Wrap for extra protection against any small scratches or damages.

Transportation - Our trucks and trailers will all be equipped with air-ride suspension systems to ensure that your items will be protected and safe while travelling to your destination. The trucks and trailers will be driven by our background checked, expert professionals.

Unloading - Upon arrival, items will be listed once again while they are unloaded to your new home. At Proud American we pride ourselves in expert service from the first moment of your journey to the last and we are happy to place all boxes and large furniture pieces in the location that you request. Additionally, if you need assistance with assembly of certain items like beds, bookcases, tables etc. We are happy to assist you upon request.

Additional Household Moving Services Available

Unpacking - Boxes will be opened and items inside will be removed and placed on a flat service. If requested, our Proud American expert movers will be happy to provide further assistance in better placement of items as needed. The removal of packing materials from your home arrival is also an optional service if you desire.

Crating - Valuable items and antiques such as pictures, china or selected appliances might need extra protection. Custom crating and protection of fragile items is of service to you for small and or larger items.

Cars/Boats/Motorcycles - Transportation of larger items such as cars and boats are available to you depending on size and space availability. We are also happy to refer you to our Auto Transport department for quotes on the safe transportation of your vehicles to their final destination.

Assembly/Disassembly - Our full service move also includes disassembling your items upon pick up and reassembly upon delivery for your ease.

Third Party Services - If you need extra assistance with connecting and disconnecting appliances such as washer/dryers or hot tubs etc. we will be happy to arrange those third party services to you upon request.

Shuttle Services - In some areas, our full sized trucks will not be able to enter the vicinity of your home. If this is the case, Proud American Moving will arrive with a shuttle/smaller truck for easier access so that we can load within a shorter distance to your door.

Storage - Climate controlled storage is available to you for up to 35 days as a part of the service we provide. This might be a great option if you are still looking for your new home in your destination area or are interested in commencing the moving process but cannot have items delivered in your new home yet for various reasons.
