I was not absolutely sure if I was going to move or not, unless I got my new job. Proud American moving assured me that I would get my deposit back if I wanted to cancel 72 hours before my scheduled move date. This really worked out perfectly for me, because I scheduled my move for a few days after the expected hear back date from the job that I applied to. In the end, I got offered another job unexpectedly and I was able to get my refund back with no problem. I would not say that these guys are scammers because they kept their word! I will definitely use their services next time!!
I received four different quotes while shopping for a moving company. These companies did in home estimates and flat rates and proud American movers provides their estimates from weight and applying a specific amount per pound. Most of extra charges, such as oil and packing fees were inside the quote so I didn’t have to worry about any last minute charges or fees. The overall price was not bad at all. And the moved turned out pretty good. They scheduled dates for pickup and delivery went alright, but the times were mended a few times, which was fine with me. Flexibility is what makes such hectic situations go smoothly. Thanks for the service.
Everything with proud American movers went ok. I didn’t add any items after I finalized my list; I had everything ready to go by the time they arrived. The loaded everything with great organization and care. The only thing was that they asked to deliver a few days later than planned, they told me the day before, so luckily that day was still available. But I have to say they were professional even in this situation.
Our move with Proud American movers went smoothly I must say I was surprised on how efficient the move was on the pickup. They were kind as well which is important in doing business. This time as opposed to other times that I have moved I made sure that I knew what I was moving and I took the full packing service which was outstanding.
